Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once added, because they unlock immediate generation. If a charge is clearly erroneous, contact support.
If a generation job fails, the reserved amount for the unused portion is returned to your balance automatically. You are not charged for output you did not receive.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops renewing at the end of the current period. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
